Armoured doors without the damage
Chamartín is one of Madrid's most expensive areas. Many flats have armoured doors (puerta blindada or acorazada) with multi-point security locks. When one jams, the point is to open it without wrecking an expensive door. We tell you what we'll do and what it costs before we touch anything.
Offices, embassies and rented flats
Between the Castellana, Plaza de Castilla and the Torres KIO there are offices, embassies and many rented flats. We change cylinders (bombín) when staff or tenants change, set up master keys so each person opens only their doors, and invoice your company.
Arrived at Chamartín station?
If you've just arrived by train and can't get into your rented flat, message your host first. If there's no spare key, call us. We'll ask for your booking and an ID before opening.

I open the door
Without breaking the lock whenever possible. If it has to be broken, I explain why and ask first.
You pay what we agreed and get an invoice.

If I can't get your door open, you pay nothing. Not the opening, not the call-out.
1-year guarantee on my work
If something I fitted fails because of my work within a year, I come back and fix it free. Parts carry a 3-year guarantee.

The opening price agreed on the phone doesn't go up when I arrive.
No parts without your OK
Cylinder, lock or reinforcement: quote first, then your yes. Say no and you only pay the opening.
Invoice, always
For every job, even at 3 a.m. You'll need it for your insurance or your landlord.
